Zusammenfassung

STEP ist ein handlungsorientiertes und evidenzbasiertes Training zum Thema Unternehmertum. Es richtet sich an Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene und soll sie motivieren, eine unternehmerische Karriere zu verfolgen und ihr eigenes Unternehmen zu gründen – durch den Aufbau von Wissen, Fähigkeiten und Selbstvertrauen. Nach der ersten erfolgreichen Umsetzung des STEP-Trainings an der AZM-Universität in Tripoli im Jahr 2019 schloss sich die Arab Open University dem Projekt im Jahr 2020 an, um STEP an beiden Universitäten umzusetzen. Es war die erste Implementierung von STEP in einem synchronen, aber virtuellen Lernmodus.
