Zusammenfassung

STEP ist ein handlungsorientiertes und evidenzbasiertes Training zum Thema Unternehmertum. Es richtet sich an Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene und soll sie motivieren, eine unternehmerische Karriere zu verfolgen und ihr eigenes Unternehmen zu gründen – durch den Aufbau von Wissen, Fähigkeiten und Selbstvertrauen. 2019 wurde das STEP-Training erstmals an der Islamischen Universität in Uganda (IUIU) durchgeführt.
