      lbstvertrauen. 2015 wurde das Training in Tansania zum dritten Mal in Folge 
      durchgeführt. Das Forschungsinteresse war dabei zweigeteilt: Zum einen woll
      ten wir mehr über die Teamdynamik und das Klima in den Trainingsgruppen erf
      ahren; zum anderen sollte die Rolle des Fehler-Managements für den spätere
      n Erfolg untersucht werden, um diese wichtigen Fähigkeiten weiter zu förde
      rn. Mit mehr als 200 Trainingsteilnehmenden und Follow-up-Studien ein und zw
      ei Jahre nach dem Training konnten wir eine umfassende Evaluierung dieser Pr
