Terms of reference for commissioning evidence gap maps and systematic reviews

Knowing the evidence landscape to identify evidence gaps and synthesizing available evidence is critical for an evidence-informed development cooperation. To come up with useful and practitioner-oriented products and because we know that tendering processes take up time and resources, we have consulted with both practitioners and evidence experts to prepare templates for terms of reference.

Feel free to use suitable elements of these terms of reference when commissioning your own evidence products. Please keep in mind that those templates shall only pose as examples and orientation and that DEval shall not be liable for any tenders using those templates.
