The Becker-DeGroot- Marschak method was used, coupled with a real purchase offer, to determine h ouseholds' willingness to pay in an unbiased manner. Its objective i s to improve the nutritional situation for women of reproductive age and chi ldren aged 6–23 months. In 2018/19, surveys carried out in eight countries measured the progress that has been made through a multi-sectoral nutrition -sensitive approach in the different country contexts towards food and nutri tion security outcomes (dietary diversity, household food security) compared to the baseline data (2015/16). A standardised methodology was applied with internationally validated indicators. In 2018/19, surveys carried out in eight countries measured the progress that has been made through a multi-sectoral nutrition -sensitive approach in the different country contexts towards food and nutri tion security outcomes (dietary diversity, household food security) compared to the baseline data (2015/16). A standardised methodology was applied with internationally validated indicators. content => 'Enhanced Resilience is implemented in intervention areas in 12 countries und er the special initiative ONE WORLD – No Hunger (SEWOH) by the German Fede ral Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Women’s Dietary Diversity (IDDS-W / MDD-W) and the Minimum Acceptable Diet of small children (MAD) are the prox y indicators for diet quality. The Household Food Insecurity Experience Scal e (HFIES) was used as a proxy for access to food and to provide information on the resilience of a household to food crises. In addition, the situation of beneficiaries of project activities was compared to control groups in ord er to verify whether any positive changes could be attributed to project int erventions. The results show significant improvements in the quality of the diet of women and children (MDD-W and MAD) and in household food security fo r most of the survey participants. Moreover, beneficiaries experienced a sig nificantly improved dietary diversity among women and children compared to t he control group as well as better access to food.' (1570 chars)
