      ebnisse wie Lebensstilentscheidungen und sozialen Zusammenhalt zu bewerten. 
      Zu diesem Zweck wurde ein Differenz-von-Differenzen-Design verwendet, bei de
      m Teilnehmende des Programms mit Teilnehmenden anderer Programme und Jugendl
      ichen, die keine Ausbildung erhielten, verglichen wurden. Die Wirkungsevalui
      erung wurde durch qualitative Komponenten (Interviews mit Schlüsselinforman
      ten, Fokusgruppen usw.) ergänzt, um quantitative Ergebnisse zu trianguliere
      n und zu erklären sowie unbeabsichtigte Ergebnisse zu untersuchen. Ein Jahr
       nach der Intervention waren Teilnehmende des Programms mit einer um zehn Pr
      ozentpunkte höheren Wahrscheinlichkeit erwerbstätig als Jugendliche, die k
      eine Ausbildung erhalten hatten. Sie befanden sich auch mit einer um sechs P
      rozentpunkte höheren Wahrscheinlichkeit in einem formellen Beschäftigungsv
      erhältnis. Es gab jedoch keine Unterschiede in der Beschäftigungswahrschei
      nlichkeit im Vergleich zu Jugendlichen, die an anderen Berufsbildungs- oder
