vitäten positiv und signifikant mit FDI-Zuflüssen verbunden sind; (ii) der
positive Zusammenhang sowohl in harten als auch in weichen Sektoren gleiche
rmaßen ausgeprägt ist; sowie (iii) unabhängig vom Einkommensniveau der Em
pfängerländer; und (iv) die positive Beziehung zwischen Hilfe und FDI offe
nbar durch Projekte mit besserer Umsetzung getrieben wird, gemessen an höhe
ren Ex-post-Evaluierungsbewertungen. Bei diesen besser bewerteten Projekten
ist KfW-Hilfe signifikant häufiger mit FDI aus Deutschland und der EU verbu
