      Randomisierten Kontrollstudien durchgeführt. Ziel der Erhebungen war es her
      auszufinden, ob die Integration sozio-emotionaler Kompetenzen in das Busines
      s- und Finanzmanagement Training für Kleinunternehmer*innen und in das Lebe
      nslauf- und Bewerbungstraining für junge Arbeitssuchende zu einer messbaren
